This isn’t your rugged phone case. We picked up two of these cases for our two phones from Amazon, We decided that we didn’t what to make such a good looking phone ugly with some over clunky rugged case. This is the first protective phone cover that I have ever purchased. I wanted something thin & easy to put on & remove. This case does just that. It also has a really smooth finish that I can’t describe, it’s not slippery just smooth & feels good on the hand when holding. Again, this isn’t a rugged case but it should protect the corners enough from small bumps & drops. Also good to protect from scratching if you’re like me that just throws my phone inside my pockets where my keys usually are.
We did try out a different style case but took those off only after a couple of days. Too bulky & plastic screen cover just made the phones response not so good & it didn’t give the awesome screen resolution of this phone any justice.
If you don’t like bulky cases & just want to protect for those occasional scratches this is a good case. It also has an open front so that your Xperia Z can show off it’s awesome resolution.
